Acupuncturist, yoga teacher and meditator. I have been fascinated by the subject of mind, body and spirit since I was a teenager. I was searching for my Wisdom Mind, my 'inner compass', which I eventually found through meditation (and boy, do I love how it makes me feel!).
Wisdom-Mind makes use of mindfulness and meditation, of utilising your ability to grow and nourish a healthy mind, body and spirit.
